What happens next
We reply within one business day, usually with questions rather than a proposal. What we need to understand first is the product, the market you are aiming at, and what you have already tried there — a trade show, a distributor that did not work out, an enquiry you could not follow up.
The second conversation is where we tell you honestly whether representation is the right instrument. Sometimes it is not: if the product needs reformulating for the market, or certification you do not yet hold, or if the economics do not support an in-country presence at your volume, that is worth knowing before you spend anything.
If it does fit, you get a written scope with the services selected, the goals we will report against, and the cost — before any work starts.
